  9. Handy Quote is a price/job quote and sales management program for
  10. wholesale, retail and any businesses.
  11.  
  12. Handy Quote is an integrated business program.  It begins by
  13. making the quote creation task easy and enjoyable - a professional-
  14. looking quote can be printed to customer.  The created quote can be
  15. converted to a sales order, and to an invoice.  Purchase orders can
  16. be created with minimal effort either from a group of sales orders,
  17. or from low stock level, thus eliminating all unnecessary
  18. duplication work.

  20. There are more then twenty report layouts (formats) provided in
  21. the program for sales orders, invoices, purchase orders, price list,
  22. stock items, suppliers, customers, sales summary, etc.
  23. A Reported Editor is provided to allow user to customize all of
  24. the report layouts.

  26. Handy Quote is suitable for: computer store, restaurant, book store,
  27. car dealer, automotive, bicycle, clubs, white goods, office supply,
  28. hardware store, building material, etc.

  30. An Animated Tutorial is provided to make the learning process
  31. easy and enjoyable.

  33. To find out more about Handy Quote, you are most welcome to try the
  34. software. The evaluation period for Handy Quote is 30 day.  During the
  35. 30 day evaluation period, the software is fully functional with a maximum
  36. number of quotes limited to 500.

  38. If youn need to use the Import Parts facility, please send us
  39. an e-mail with your company name to support@agilecom.com.  We will
  40. send you a registration code to allow you to use all of the software
  41. Free of Charge for a further two weeks.

  43. User is advised to do daily backup of the data directory.  Prevention
  44. is better then cure.  In standard installation, the data directory
  45. is within the installation directory under a directory name "Data".
